Je weet vast wel dat je ’s morgens het meest productief bent, maar hoe zorg je dat je zo productief mogelijk bent. Dat doe je met deze tips.

De avond ervoor

Plan alvast vooruit

Zet alvast je koffiezetapparaat vast klaar, leg je kleren alvast klaar.

Sta vroeger op

De grote succesvolle ondernemers staan voor 6 uur op.

Mobiel, tablet, laptop: uit!

Zet anderhalf uur voordat je gaat slapen TV, computer, tablet en mobiel uit. Je blijft langer wakker als je naar een scherm kijkt.

Ontbijt

Niet stressen!

Van stress gaat je brein in ‘crisismodus’.

Niet snoozen

Snoozen is echt niet goed voor je. Je verstoort je slaapritme, omdat je weer een klein beetje in slaap valt nadat je wekker is afgegaan. Je kunt dan beter je wekker zetten op het laatste moment dat je wilt opstaan.

Geen e-mail

Wat je vooral niet moet doen is meteen je e-mail gaan checken. Iemand die echt iets dringends heeft gaat jou e-mailen. Probeer nog even offline te blijven.

Maak een routine

Je brein vindt routine erg prettig. Zorg dus dat je elke dag een aantal dezelfde dingen achter elkaar doet.

Ga wat doen

Even hardlopen, yoga of gewoon wat stretchen, het is heel goed voor je lijf en hersenen. Zo begin je positief en gemotiveerd aan je dag.

Goed ontbijten

Zorg dat je goed eet, zie ook de infographic Eet jezelf productief. Ontbijt samen met je familie, is goed voor de quality time.

Op het werk

Het belangrijkste eerst

First things first zegt de infographic. En zo is het. Doe het belangrijkste eerst. Als je dat gedaan hebt, heb je je eerste belangrijkste taak van de dag weer voltooid. Dit geeft een goed gevoel en houdt je gemotiveerd voor de rest van de dag.

Neem geen telefoontjes op die je niet hoeft op te nemen

Zelfs de kleinste telefoontjes kunnen je morgen door de war gooien. En daarmee de rest van de dag. Probeer je zo weinig mogelijk te laten afleiden.

Hou je morgens vrij voor creatieve dingen, ga niet fysiek werk doen ook al lijkt dat op dat moment het beste. Je kunt beter ’s morgens het creatieve werk hebben gedaan en ’s middag het uitvoerende werk gaan doen.
